Since its inception in 1985, The Prenatal Clinic’s mission remains the same: helping women have healthy babies! We need your help to reach this goal.

Each year, The Prenatal Clinic provides exceptional prenatal care at no cost to families across the Brazos Valley. The need for the Clinic’s services continues to increase as families struggle to find funds to pay for pregnancy related medical expenses. Access to prenatal services saves lives and reduces lifelong costs associated with adequate care.

The Importance of Healthy Babies

  • Healthy babies are more likely to grow into healthy children
  • Healthy children are more prepared for kindergarten
  • Students who are ready for kindergarten are more likely to read at grade level by third grade
  • Students who are reading at grade level by third grade are more likely to graduate high school
  • High school graduates are likely to go to college or enter a career after high school
  • Attending college or securing a steady job leads to financial well-being

Volunteers are required to complete an application. Training is provided by the clinic during the hours of your volunteer service.
